The service is subject to driver availability, serviceable location, booking details, and operational feasibility.

3. Booking & User Responsibility

To book a service, you may be required to provide correct details such as your full name, phone number, email address, pickup location, destination, date, time and any other information needed to process your booking.

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete booking information.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the pickup and travel details entered by you are correct.
• You must behave respectfully with the assigned driver and support staff.
• You must ensure that your vehicle is legally compliant and safe to drive.

4. Driver Availability

While we make every effort to provide a trained and verified driver as per your request, Call Driver Now does not guarantee driver availability at all times or in all locations.

Driver allocation depends on demand, timing, distance, location, weather, traffic, and other operational conditions.

5. Pricing & Charges

Service charges are based on the type of booking, distance, duration, city, outstation requirements, night travel and any extra hours used beyond the booked package.

• Displayed prices may include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• Extra hour charges may apply depending on the selected service plan.
• Night travel charges may be applicable for rides between specified late-night hours.
• Outstation bookings may include additional fooding / stay charges where applicable.

6. Payment Terms

Payments for our services may be made online or offline, depending on the booking mode and service availability. You agree to pay all charges applicable to your booking.

• Any advance payment, if applicable, must be paid on time to confirm the booking.
• Pending dues must be cleared at the end of the trip or as instructed by our team.
• Online payment processing may be handled through third-party payment partners.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation requests are subject to our cancellation policy and the stage at which the booking is cancelled.

• Cancellation charges may apply if the driver has already been assigned or dispatched.
• No-show cases or last-minute cancellations may attract service charges.
• Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period through the original payment method or another suitable mode.

8. Use of Vehicle

The vehicle used for the service remains the sole responsibility of the customer / owner. You must ensure that the vehicle is insured, roadworthy, legally registered, and has valid documents.

Call Driver Now is a driver service platform and does not own the customer’s vehicle used during the trip.

9. Limitation of Liability

Call Driver Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from:

• delay due to traffic, weather, road conditions or unavoidable circumstances
• incorrect information submitted by the customer
• vehicle malfunction or lack of valid vehicle documentation
• losses arising from customer negligence or misuse of service

Our liability, if any, shall be limited only to the extent permitted under applicable law.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website or services. You must not:

• provide false, misleading or incomplete information
• use abusive, threatening or unlawful behaviour toward drivers or our staff
• use the service for any illegal or prohibited activity
• attempt to disrupt, hack or interfere with the functioning of the website
